The big speckled trout action continues in March. Anglers wading or drifting mud bottom have been catching some impressive trout through the winter months. That action will only increase as Spring arrives and conditions continue to warm.

A big, thick sow spotted sea trout has assaulted a wading fisherman’s offering. While the angler battle the acrobatic speck his fishing buddy unhooks another solid Texas trout.
