Water temperatures hovering near 70 degrees during the day have triggered the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks to implement fishing restrictions on multiple rivers in the state, inclduing the Madison, Jefferson, Bighorn, and parts of the Clark Fork and Bitterroot rivers from 2 p.m. to midnight to reduce stress on trout.
