Lake Corpus Christi State Park to Host Kid Fish Event
MATHIS – On Saturday, the park rangers at Lake Corpus Christi State Park are hosting a Kid Fish event as an opportunity for new anglers to learn how to fish.
The annual kid fish program will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Jan. 27, for children ages 5 to 12. The program includes six hourly fishing sessions throughout the event., where park rangers and volunteers will teach children proper fishing techniques and how to clean and bag their catch.
