Bobcat survives grilling by Dodge Charger

Angela Ridner was driving through farmland between Manchester and Tullahoma, Tenn. Saturday evening when what appeared to be a cat leapt in front of her Dodge Charger. Figuring she left it as roadkill, when she arrived home, she checked the front end for damage and discovered a very alive bobcat staring back at her through the lower bumper. “We didn’t really know what to do,” she said. “So we left him alone, turned off the lights and hoped he would get out on its own.” It worked.
