Captive Pennsylvania deer tests positive for CWD

The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture announced Wednesday that a Reynoldville deer farm whitetail tested positive for Chronic Wasting Disease at the Pennsylvania Veterinary Laboratory in Harrisburg, marking the seventh case in a captive or wild deer since 2012. The Jefferson County farm as well as the Walnutport, Northampton County, farm where the deer was born have been quarantined.
